Warranty;
Any repair made to your equipment will be repaired at no extra cost should they fail with the same part failure within time stated. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk cannot be held responsible for issues and/or problems re-ocurring with repairs carried out. Issues with RROD and repairs made to faulty Xboxs can reappear and we cannot offer any guarantee that these issues will not happen again after repairs are made however most repairs are unlikely to fail again
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk cannot guarantee that repairs such as the reflow with RROD X-Clamp fix will remain perminant. As with any electrical equipment, problems can arise at any time so any re-occurance of an issue repaired by us after the guarantee will not be covered.
Any units not able to be repaired will NOT be charged
Modifying/Flashing your xbox;
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any situations which may arise from an Xbox360 drive being flashed. Having the unit flashed or repaired is at the customer's discretion, and the customer must understand any issues which could possibly arise from changes being made to the DVD unit or console (such as warranty being void or console being banned).
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk DO NOT promote the use of flashed firmware to play illegal copyright material. We will not provide customers with links or advise on how to obtain illegally copied games.
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk does not sell copied or backed up games. We specialise in repairs and upgrades of Xbox360 consoles under the specific instruction of the customer.
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk does not condone piracy in any way. The products we sell and our services are only intended for playing legitimate backups and homebrew software in territories whose legislation's allows this. We shall assume no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any misuse of our products or for any loss that may occur from distributing, using or selling the products or services we sell.

Opening the Xbox360 console voids any warranty the customer has with Microsoft. Please think very carefully before requesting us to do
this.
Post & Return service
Please ensure that you pack your console or drive very carefully as it will be down to the customer to claim against the courier company that they used for any damages.
If we receive your console or DVD drive which has been damaged in transit, the customer will be informed of the damage so that a claim can be made against the courier company.
If you receive a console or DVD drive which has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately of the issue and we will send details of how to make a claim against the courier company. You must tell us within 2 days of you receiving the console or DVD drive from us.
Any loss of goods which occur via the Post & Return service can be reclaimed by the courier company. If the console or DVD drive is lost being sent to us, then all claims will need to be made through the courier company/ service the customer used to dispatch the console or drive
Damage;
computerandxboxrepair.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any cosmetic damage made to an Xbox360 case and/or surroundings. Whilst we take as much care as possible with opening the casing, there can always be complications with joints and fixings, which may snap in the opening process.
