How it works

1) Fill in this form for a online quote, Please specify how you want to be contacted (If you request to be contacted by E-mail please check your spam folder if you do not receive a reply)

2) If you are happy with the quote and want to send me your xbox then pack up your broken xbox (no need for cables or hard drives)

Send your console in its original packaging (how it was boxed when you purchased it) If this cannot be done, just wrap your console in several layers of bubble-wrap and post in a suitable box, making sure the console is secured within the box

3) Download this form (by clicking below), Print it out and fill in.

4) Please attach my address on to your parcel and send me your xbox.
I recommend DHL through a parcel delivery service like www.parcel2go.com

5) After you arrange a collection of your xbox please fill this in (if they gave you a tracking number)

6) I receive your xbox, fix it the same day as I receive it then get it sent back the next working day!*

 (£10 extra for return postage, for example xbox RROD fix £30 + return postage = you pay £40 for complete fix and returned)
