was going to give up on my xbox & save up for a new one....but decided to take a punt on Luke...it was freezing/overheating along with the occasional RROD thrown in, it was as loud as a jet taking off & rattled like a bag of spanners. Glad i did since he fixed it i've given it plenty of use with no problems works a treat. would recommend for service price & qualitity

I bought an Xbox 360 on ebay on the cheap and after a little while of having i had the dreaded RROD. I noticed they tried using some repair kit to try and fix it themselves which obviously didnt last. I then decided to do a google search in forums to see what other people suggest. They was saying it would need reflowing, which meant absolutely nothing to me. I then done a google search of repair places local to me. And i came across Luke, he was very friendly and helpful guy. I had more issues with mine than a standard RROD which took him a couple more days to solve, i also had a DVD drive issue which he also fixed at the same time. I couldnt thank him anymore for the time and effort he put into it. The prices he offers are very good compared to other people offering just an X-clamp fix which doesnt fix it properly.

The dreaded three rings of death. I looked on ebay for a replacement box and up popped Lukes site.

Luke was excellent. I spoke to him at 12:00, dropped off my xbox and by 3:00 it was fixed and working as good as ever.

Dont go anywhere else people, he knows his stuff and more and it is quite refreshing that someone with such a unique knowledge of electronic equipment is charging next to nothing for this and really does care and customer satisfaction is his priority.

what can I say? this bloke really knows his stuff. he fitted me in same day so i could wait around. he had a few problems with my xbox but he kept with it and finaly done what i needed.
i can highly recomend this chap.

took my xbox to Luke for an RROD fix, even though it had been opened at some point previous and a possible failed repair had been attempted, he still got it working as new and also modified the fan to keep it cooler preventing further RROD.

the repair process is complex and time consuming using top of the range equipment, not just letting the console overheat as some people call a ''reflow''

once the repair was complete he also informed me that it had a rare old style dashboard that is very sought after and could be modified so he is Jtagging it for me too!

Luke knows his stuff and for the high standard of work his prices are very cheap, i will definatley be back soon.

My Xbox360 went wrong again for a different problem this time - showing a quarter 'red ring'. I took it back to be repaired. Again, the service was quick, efficient and professional. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and collected the Xbox within 24 hours for a reasonable price. It is working as new now. Highly recommended.

You fixed my son's dvd drive a couple of weeks ago and we would like to say thank you !

We waited while the repair was done and I must say it was a great way to spend half an hour on a saturday morning , very interesting .

I was getting no signal message come up on the TV when turning on the XBOX 360. I enquired as to if this could be fixed and dropped my console in the next morning. It was fixed by the end of the day.

I have already recommended to another friend who had the same problem as I felt the service was very good. Communication was great, keeping me updated on the progress of the repair and when I picked it up I was given an invoice and a guide to try and prevent this problem happening again.

I have had it back a month now and it has been working like a dream.

I took my XBox360 in for repairs after booking an appointment in the morning, it was an 'open tray' errror. The repair took 25 minutes and the problem was all fixed. Fast, efficient and economical repair. Good workmanship. It is working as new. Will be happy to recommend. Many thanks.
